Service Description

Aging Gracefully: Drawing Inspiration from our Biblical Ancestors. This course looks at biblical characters who lived long lives, and who experienced growth or change as they aged: Avraham, Yizchak and Yaakov, Sarah, Miriam and Naomi, Moshe, Shmuel, and David. What can we learn from each of them about how to - and NOT to - age in an optimal way?
