There's also lively discussion, but you don't make anyone feel uncomfortable if they have to participate. 

But you have very, very lively discussions and there's back and forth, but we still manage to stay on topic. It doesn't get too out of hand. And I think that you just make the environment is very relaxed, but also very thought provoking. So I think those are very good qualities that you have. And the whole way you conduct it with source sheets, and sometimes different insights and reflections."
